What We’re About. With the Wind Ride. WBC Ride Rating System. WBC Ride Rating System. Long weekend rides will be classified as LEVEL 4. Riders will set their own pace and determine their own rest stops as needed. Riders should be able to maintain a 13-15 mph flat terrain, no wind pace. These rides will normally be 30 miles in length.
