Tuesday, February 17, 2009. The Clown Strikes Again. Madison was out all last week with the stomach virus, as most of her class was. This is the first day that she has been back at school for 6 school days. My older sister came in from San Francisco last Sunday for a week long visit and she stayed with us the following two nights. Today as Madison and I (Daddy) were going to school, we had the following conversation:. Maddie: Who gonna stay with JoJo (my sister, JoLene). Maddie: No she not.

Wednesday, April 2, 2008. Madison's 2nd birthday was Sunday. We had a little family party Saturday night which netted her several fun gifts including this cool Hannah Montana headset. If you know Madison, you know that she LOVES music, especially if it is associated with a TV show/movie. She had so much fun singing along with Hannah. Friday, April 18, 2008. We celebrated Lilly's 4th birthday almost a month ago. Her birthday is the 29th of March, which fell on a Saturday this year, so we had the party that day. She wanted to do something girlie, so we did a little girl dress-up party. We didn't invite any of her little boy friends and we had everything pink and girlie! It was our best game all season and all the kids got a hit. The kids really had a great time. How do you know when you are taking too much control of a situation and not letting God have control of what happens for you? Or, maybe a little of both?
