Watterworks Fibrecrafty Stuff: April 2012
http://watterworks.blogspot.com/2012_04_01_archive.html
Updates on the progress of my City and Guilds design course, and other fibrecrafty activities. Tuesday, April 10, 2012. Some would call it a creative block, but I call it a lull. That way I can't use it as an excuse - to me 'creative block' is to be feared, something hard to get over whereas a lull is a temporary interruption, creativity is still there. As I feared, the momentum from the series course has diminished and I've not created anything new. Self-fulfilling prophecy? Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Watterworks Fibrecrafty Stuff: Flour Resist
http://watterworks.blogspot.com/2008/02/flour-resist.html
Updates on the progress of my City and Guilds design course, and other fibrecrafty activities. Sunday, February 22, 2009. In an issue of Quilting Arts there was an article on flour resists. I love the idea of using ordinary household (and craft) supplies, particularly non-toxic ones. So, I gave it a try with results that make me want to do some more. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Watterworks Fibrecrafty Stuff: October 2006
http://watterworks.blogspot.com/2006_10_01_archive.html
Updates on the progress of my City and Guilds design course, and other fibrecrafty activities. Sunday, October 29, 2006. This year, for the first time ever, I signed up for some courses at the CreativFestival (formerly Creative Sewing and Needlework Festival). One course was "Spontaneous Geometrics" taught by John Willard. We worked very hard and as a result nearly everyone went home with a completed top for a wall hanging. I am quite please with mine. I may even finish it one day.
