Breakfast sandwich (light whole grain English muffin w/ 1 egg, hot sauce, and 1 slice of American cheese). Chocolate chip cookie after gym. Chicken stuff shells with mixed frozen veggies and garlic toasts. 100 calories bag of popcorn. With a few chocolate chips thrown in. Chocolate chip cookie after gym. Angel food cake nuggets.

A great appetizer for company, or anytime you want a simple, light meal. 1 small loaf of french baguette, sliced into thin rounds. 1 bunch basil, destemmed. 1 handfull pine nuts. 1 handfull parmesan cheese. 1 mozzarella “chub” cut into small slices. Turn oven on to broil. Dice tomato and put into medium bowl. Drizzle with a little olive oil and vinegar. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir and leave on counter. Top with tomatoes and serve!
