Glasgow Asylum Destitution Action Network (GLADAN). The Night Shelter is located in a church building close to the city centre and is open every night from 8pm to 8am. The Wayside was established in 1932 to meet the needs. Of the homeless and those suffering from hardship and addiction to alcohol. It is operated by the Legion of Mary a Catholic Lay Organisation and helpers from. Other religions and none. It provides a warm,friendly and safe environment every evening throughout the year,. Holidays included for up to 100 adults(200 for Christmas Dinner). Those attending are offered warm food and non alcoholic drinks . Cakes donated by Lightbody. Agencies for further help.
