The Womens Club of Costa Rica. 2000 – Present. The Many Projects of WCCR. Since its inception in 1940, the WCCR has been involved in social outreach activities. During the early years these were inspired by the times and were decided on by the Club’s leaders as certain needs in the community came to their attention.
