10:38pm 8.14.2015. Whitman County Fire District #12 (WCFD12) is a volunteer organization located in the city of Pullman, WA. We provide fire protection (wildland and structural), EMS, and HAZMAT services for the patrons located in the greater Pullman area. District 12 serves 562 patrons, covering an area of 173.5 square miles, starting from south of Albion, to just south of Johnson, extending from the Snake river to the Idaho border.
