Doula Small Miracles » A Volunteer Program. Welcome to the Small Miracles Doula Website. Small Miracles is a free birth doula program for women who cannot afford to pay a doula. Our clients include high school students, women referred by public health nurses, women receiving WIC, BadgerCare or medical assistance, or women who simply find themselves without resources.
