Witney and District Model Flying Club aims to provide a friendly environment for enthusiasts and newcomers alike to take part in the controlled and safe flying of Radio Controlled Model Aircraft in West Oxfordshire. Our flying field is close to the town of Witney where we fly all types of quiet and electric models. We also hold indoor flying meetings in a local school hall during most months of the year.

Only silent flight or electric powered models may be flown at our flying field. We do not have facilities for the flying of IC or turbine powered models. Welcome to the Witney and District Model Flying Club. The club is affiliated to the British Model Flying Association. Membership of the BMFA is a requirement of the Club. This provides all of our club members with a comprehensive insurance package covering their model flying (See BMFA Website for details of cover). 2017 Club Membership Fees.
