You get points by missing work, being late for work, or some performance issue. If you call in sick, then for up to three consecutive days you can be out and you only get one point. If you call in personal you get one point per day. If you're late under two hours you get half a point; past two hours and it's one point. You get three reprimands and you're terminated.
