Tuesday, 28 January 2014. Why I resigned as a spiritual teacher. A few months ago I decided to resign as a lightworker, a healer, a reiki master and more generally a spiritual teacher. Why, you might ask? The second reason is that I am far too busy raising my children and one has to get one's priority right. I also have to make sure the house is clean (to my standards), the laundry neatly organised in piles, nutritious meals cooked (most of the time) and plenty of cuddles and laughs available.

Thursday, 27 September 2012. My feet are alive. Only after I stopped wearing shoes did I realise the full impact shoes had had on my feet. It was such a revelation, my feet were finally coming to live. They had been contained in shoes that made them smelly for so long, they forgot what it was like to breathe, feel, explore, and experience the variety of experiences that nature has for them.
