Sunday, April 19, 2009. Ok, so an update on our weight lost so far:. Lindsey - 12.8 lbs. Zach - 2.8 lbs. As you can tell, Lindsey kicked my butt this week and I'm very proud of her for sticking to it. I now have to man up and show her who's boss! Here are Lindsey's pics for Day 7. And starting at Day 1. Sunday, April 12, 2009. Well, we have officially started the Velocity Diet. It is 28 days of protein. Shakes with only 1 meal a week (and it has to be a healthy meal). Casey and Ben are our local experts and we are currently very grateful for all the help, but we will see how grateful we are after this first week. Sunday, April 12, 2009. Well, we have officially started the Velocity Diet. It is 28 days of protein. Shakes with only 1 meal a week (and it has to be a healthy meal). Casey and Ben are our local experts and we are currently very grateful for all the help, but we will see how grateful we are after this first week.
