Thursday, May 28, 2015. Today was not our typical Thursday. Dad wanted to hike up in Zion one more time before Kyson left and since we both didn't work *surprisingly* we tagged along! Such a beautiful day for a hike and not too big of a crowd up there. Mom was a bit nervous hiking Angels Landing but she really did awesome, we even managed to keep up with the guys most of the way! Saturday, August 1, 2015. What would you say if you were offered free front row tickets to the RSL game? My brother in law Jaron works for the governors office who has season seats. They offered him the tickets and unfortunately he couldn't go but took them anyways because he happens to know of some big fans! It was so sweet of him to give us the tickets and we totally enjoyed our night together. The game happened to fall on the 24th of July which being from Utah you know that means fireworks!

At work, the other employees brought in donuts, gift cards/cards, and the boss even bought lunch for the office, good work day overall. Never would I wish to spend a birthday without you sis! Wednesday, July 8, 2015. Best week so far. My soldier surprised me by calling home! He was able to get his phone for an evening during the week and also got it back on the fourth for the holiday. :) It was so great to hear how well he is doing and really enjoying it. Sunday, July 26, 2015. My husband is back! His flight didn't come in until 9:40 pm so work that day was LONG. After work I met up with Shay and my mom for dinner and finally headed out to the airport.a little early! He called me from his layover in Denver letting me know there were 3 Elders flying home with him. Monday, February 23, 2015. Sometimes waking up in the morning is the hardest part of my day. However, this morning, I got a phone call from my mother in-law to let me know our morning run was cancelled due to the snowy weather. The snowy weather! Last week I was wearing short sleeve shirts and flip flops and a week later waking up to pouring snow. Insane! Our mailboxes. Yes, I took a picture of them. I just loved the contrast between the white snow, green grass, and picket fence. That's the saying right?
