Wednesday, June 29, 2011. Mac and Cheese Please. One of my favorite foods to make is home made mac and cheese. I mean it's basically a food group for me! I got this recipe from a co-worker after having it at her party. It calls for Gruyere and Pecorino Romano cheese along with cheddar. but at the store when I realized the price for those cheeses I opted to make my own experiment with the recipe. And then the "Poor Man's Mac and Cheese was born! The final result is Ah-maze-ing! Thursday, June 23, 2011.

Thursday, December 8, 2011. This year I am finally going on a ski trip! And it’s going to be at Whistler! I used to ski and snowboard all the time as a kid. But fast forward 10 years, I’m pretty sure I am going to be terrible now. I’m still on the fence about actually going skiing, so we will see how I feel once I am up there. It is a fun trend where you can mix bright colors to get a sophisticated, but fun look that looks put together! You can even mix in some neutral pieces to break up the brightness of the outfit. Or you can go all out with the bright and the bold! Here are some of the fun styles I have been admiring! I think Pink tones and Blue tones are my favorite. They are both such versatile colors!
