The Sause Pan: Shedfest Success
http://thesausepan.blogspot.com/2010/10/shedfest-success.html
Fresh Meat, Buddha In Your Garden and Campfire Stories. Monday, October 18, 2010. Well I've done a lot in the last few days - most of it centering around Shedfest, here in Salida, CO. Shedfest was a free event put on by the Central Colorado Foodshed Alliance. All of these events took place at The Steamplant, which is a really cool old public-works building that has been converted into an event space and theatre, right along the Arkansas River. The weather was perfect! Paula and Ed Berg - Salida Grown.

The Life of Brian. Environmental Patriotism is a thing of beauty! Tuesday, July 21, 2009. I promised Caitlin of Weathervane Farm. So perhaps someone can add a personal touch and perfect this tasty (and lower carbohydrate than potato) treat. Start by washing your radishes or turnips. Slice into thin discs. Either lightly brush olive oil onto a cookie sheet or spray with cooking spray. Lay chips out on sheet and lightly coat top side with oil or spray. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Cook for 10 minutes.
