2014 – The Year of My Quantified Self? 3 Jan 2014 by warrencammack, No Comments. When I was about 15 I had a notebook that I would use when training, writing down the weight and how many reps of each exercise I could do. This still happens today and in the gym I still see a number of people with the sheets their trainers have given them and they do what I did 15 years ago. In 2005 I started using a Polar Heart Rate Monitor. In 2009 I started using an app called Endomondo. In late 2011 the Jawbone UP.
