活動宣傳代PO]龍潭端午獅王水上飛樁 國際隊伍「無影腳」一決天下. 桃園縣「桐舟共渡歸鄉文化季活動」系列活動陸續展開。龍潭鄉農會29日配合桃園縣文化局在渴望園區舉辦客家粄粽教學和競賽活動。粄粽是客家人獨特的粽子，用的是客家人最常用的粄。雖然遇到大雨，仍吸引數百餘民眾前往參與，尤其許多是第一次體驗自己包粽子加上壓印紅粄，大家都玩得不亦樂乎。文化局長張壯謀也親自來體驗童年包粽子和紅粄的回憶。 為了推廣龍潭好米，龍潭鄉農會總幹事黃福健指出，今年是第一次配合端午節辦理粄粽免費教學活動。同時針對家政班舉辦米食競賽，今年總共有十個家政班報名參加，每個家政班不只交出合乎規格的粄粽，還發揮創意做出八寶發糕和水果蔬菜造型的粄及各式各樣造型的粄食。 龍潭鄉農會表示，粄粽所使用的粄需要蓬萊米和糯米調配，必須有正確的比例才能做出軟Q卻又不黏粽葉的功夫。有鑑於很多年輕一輩人不認識粄粽，因此農會特在下午兩點到四點進行免費的板粽和紅粄教學。數百份的食材都由農會免費提供。讓民眾來親身體驗客家傳統的金包銀紅粄和粄粽。 12288; .
