Hy-Plains Feedyard - About Us
http://www.hy-plainsfeedyard.com/about-us.htm
Coming soon, please check back. On August 16, 1999 Tom Jones and Jerry Riemann aquired the former Montezuma Feeders and established Hy-Plains Feedyard, LLC. The feedyard's capacity was at 28,000 head of cattle and employed 26 employees. The Montezuma location was a highly attractive feature to the pair. They believed the central location between Liberal, Dodge City, and Garden City would attract the surrounding packing houses. Feed suppliers were in high supply in the location as well.
