MTB Races from 2008. The Little Creatures of Nature. Trips through the Years. Races in the modern era. Trans Germany 2011 , 4 days of hard riding in the alps. Idstein 24 hour MTB race , a 4 man team event. Emmelshausen 2009 , it was muddy.

MTB Races from 2008. The Little Creatures of Nature. Trips through the Years. 2006 More of those lovely MTB Marathons. Frammersbach. Not actually the first race of 2006 ( that was schotten ) but the start of the racing proper. Siedelsbrunn. Mud and Crashes and Mud and Broken Chains and Mud. with a touch of Mud. Eppstein in the taunus, a relatively technical course run off in scorching weather. Wombach. had not got any easier. at all. Neustadt tested the sense of humour gland to it's limit.

As has been the case in the past , the worse my condition the better my results ( due to avoiding hard races.) So I managed 2nd place in the Rhens Short Distance Marathon.

A week Mountainbiking and Road riding around the Portes du Soleil region of the Alps. Back to Portes du Soleil! And this time we're bouncing! Trek's first serious outing.) . The first of 3 rapid fire Portes du Soleil trips during Jun/july 2008. Number 2 was a return to Les Gets to pick our bikes up!

Gimp and I descend on Simon and Martina in Geneva (which is strangely devoid of colour.). Hills, crashes and lots of fun around Kitzbuehl and Kirchberg in Austria. More of the above in 2001, (well less crashes as I seem to recall.). Back again to Mt Ventoux! This time to train forthe 2011 Trans Germany.

Time for a post. Saturday August 1st, 2015. It has been too long. Since my last posts I have flashed an old linksys router to become a repeater, turned my mouse into a ninja mouse. And went for my longest bike ride ever (56 miles). There have been many other things, but I don't have the time to touch on everything.
