Παρασκευή, 20 Μαρτίου 2009. Τμήμα της αρχαίας οδού από τα λατομεία της Πεντέλης στην Αθήνα βρέθηκε στο Χαλάνδρι. Την αρχαία οδό που οδηγούσε από τα λατομεία μαρμάρου της Πεντέλης στην Αθήνα έκρυβε στο υπέδαφός του ένα οικόπεδο στο Χαλάνδρι. Σύμφωνα με το Βήμα, η αρχαία οδός εντοπίστηκε από σωστική ανασκαφή σε ιδιωτικό οικόπεδο στη λεωφόρο Πεντέλης 133 (μεταξύ των οδών Πάρνηθος, Μεσσηνίας και Λακωνίας) και σε απόσταση περίπου 80 μέτρων νοτίως της ρεματιάς Χαλανδρίου. Κυριακή, 9 Δεκεμβρίου 2007. Περι νόμου αποθηκευσης εκρηκτικων. Ο νόμος που ίσχυε κατά την κατασκευή των "νανόσπιτων" ήταν του 1968 ΦΕΚ 284Α 68 (καταργήθηκε το 1987 με το Ν. 1682/87 (14/Α/16.2.87). Στο άρθρο 3 έγραφε:. Τα κτίρια και αι αποθήκαι εις α επεξεργάζονται ή αποθηκεύονται εκρηκτικαί ύλαι δέον να είναι κατεσκευασµένα εξ ελαφρών, ευθρύπτων υλικών, στερεάς όµως κατασκευής (π.χ. τοιχοποιία εξ οπτοπλινθοδοµής, κισηροσιµέντου, στέγη εξ αµιαντοτσιµέντου κλπ.). Sunday, April 20, 2008. Tyler has been going for his routine tests, and things seem to be remaining on course. His body was fighting a cold during his last round of blood tests, and therefore he showed a low white-blood cell count. He will be returning to the hospital this week, to make sure that things have returned to their "normal" state following his cold. Saturday, June 21, 2008. Unfortunately, the Wallis, Roach, and two other families were scheduled to leave for a week's vacation in New York State today. Tyler and Mark will be staying behind, hoping to visit for a day on one of Tyler's day passes. Please pray for Tyler's strength. Thursday, March 20, 2008. On Saturday, there will be a brief visitation at Collins, Clarke and MacGillivary Funeral Home at 307 Riverside in St. Lambert, from 2 pm to 5 pm. On Monday, there will be a memorial service at the Centre Romeo-V. Patenaude at 135 Haendel in Candiac at 11 am. Donations may be made to the Tyler Wallis Fund through the Montreal Children's Hospital. We request that no flowers be sent. Thank you for all your prayers and support at this horrific time.
