Our family motto: We're going to beat this. Friday, March 29, 2013. Looking at the calendar, I find that this is Day 23, after my transplant. So 24 days ago I had my baby stem cells transplanted back into my blood stream, to begin reestablishing my bone marrow and my immune system. I am pleased to report that everything seems to be coming along nicely, and while I still have a long way to go, my progress seems to be slow and steady.
