Just Clowning Around or Northern Virginia (JCA) has a long history of clowning around in Northern Virginia. JCA’s first meeting was on Valentine’s Day, 1985. Just Clowning Around of Northern Virginia, or JCA, holds monthly meetings on the 4th Monday of each month at 7:30pm in the Parlor of the Vienna Baptist Church. Each meeting is divided into to parts, the business meeting where we discuss upcoming events and an educational presentation. Past topics of discussion have included storytelling, puppets, starting a Santa business, clown magic, balloon twisting, and clown camps. 4th Monday of each month. 7:30 to 9:00 pm. 541 Marshall Rd SW.
