We Call It Nhà. Wednesday, May 28, 2014. So I know we said we'd stick to the back yard until it was done, but we had to make a U-turn inside, not by choice. What if we just call it done back there? I was just kidding anyways. We are enduring a week long of thunderstorms and so we had to shift the fun indoors. This year we were able to spend the week of Thanksgiving in Telluride, Colorado with my dad and family. We haven't taken a family vacation with him since probably 2005, so we were all so excited! Sawyer's 3rd Birthday Party. This was Sawyer's first real "friend" birthday party (he obviously didn't have a lot of friends at his first. Invitation from vens paperie. I picked the fire truck theme and found these adorable invitations on etsy. Sawyer was so excited when he saw the invitation! So that worked out well. :). Cupcakes and cupcake cake from Central Market. My dad, aka geeps. Pam, sarah, baby pham! The boys - kevin, justin and jeremy. We had so much fun celebrating our favorite three year old!

Last 707b Wedding - Sarah and Huynh! At the beginning of the month we celebrated Sarah and Huynh's. Wedding. Adrienne came in town from Kansas City and Becky in from Dallas, so we were all together! And I had lunch together at Chuy's, got our nails done, and walked around Uptown Park enjoying the new(ish) BHLDN store and a cupcake at Sprinkles. That evening we went to the rehearsal and then to the dinner held at Huynh's new restaurant, Nom Nom. At the rehearsal - modeling the flower girls' pennants!

A few more pictures I forgot to include. I signed up to help with Sawyer's class Valentine's Day party at school (which just meant bringing some cupcakes by the school). It was just another mom and myself at the party and it was so fun! The kids are hysterical, and had a lot of fun going through their Valentine's treat bags. I didn't get a picture, but I got some cute heart bags and a heart-shaped crayons from Target's Dollar Spot, and I found some heart-shaped fruit snacks to add later to the bags.

Well, I just went back through pictures and apparently January isn't even worth an update! The main part of the month I'll remember is going out with my sister one last time, and having one last family dinner at Champions the night before she moved to Denver. (Sniffle! Last sister date at Crisp. One last snuggle on our couch. Our last family dinner night. Thanks to Geeps for the family dinner! 6th Anniversary / New Year's Eve. I like to look back and remember the different ways we celebrated each year.

Fall Fun Stuff Things. A Halloween craft with mommy. New favorite gel nail color - OPI James Bond 'Skyfall' Collection. New nails new magazine = happy mommy. Sawyer has been fun leading up to Halloween - he's understanding holidays and the activities that go with them more and more. It makes me very excited for Thanksgiving and Christmas! Christmas 2013.6 Months Late. I guess it's time to catch back up! I can't even remember what we did anymore. So. pictures! Christmas Eve, setting out treats for Santa. Thank goodness Sawyer made cookies at Mimi's house because this mom forgot! Christmas morning - Santa was busy! For Christmas lunch we hosted Jeremy's parents, brother, sister-in-law and our niece. It was fun to have everyone over! After naps we went to my mom's house for Christmas dinner. Sawyer's favorite toy was Mimi's new wand!
