Adding The Finishing Touch: One Year Anniversary!
http://lipstikevents.blogspot.com/2012/12/one-year-anniversary.html
Monday, December 10, 2012. One year ago today was by far the most amazing day of my life! It was a cold, bright day and everything went off without a hitch. We decided on a December wedding because I hate the rain. Thankfully our wedding was last year and not this past weekend with all the rain we had. Here are a few pictures from the over 3000 we have! My gorgeous parents walking me down the aisle! My little cousin Nicholas! He is so sweet. Getting ready for our first dance to At Last.

Nook of Wellington: And There Was Light!
http://nookofwellington.blogspot.com/2012/05/and-there-was-light.html
Making a little home for two, out of a little rental apartment, on a modest little budget. Wednesday, 9 May 2012. And There Was Light! As everyone should know by now, our kitchen is tiny and without natural light. Ugh. For this reason, I've kept my eye out for a stubby but cute little lamp. To tuck into the corner of the counter top and beneath the cabinetry to brighten things up. Exactly what I needed. Since we were in the right place. And the lamp was the right price. Not bad, if I do say so myself!

http://nookofwellington.blogspot.com/2012/07/life-is-good.html
Making a little home for two, out of a little rental apartment, on a modest little budget. Wednesday, 4 July 2012. It's been over a month since I've last posted, but here I am, back again! I didn't plan to take these few weeks off from blogging, I've just been super busy lately, and to be honest it's done me good to squeeze in a little downtime. I'd like to say I've been doing lots around the house, but that would defeat the purpose of taking a break, now wouldn't it? Yep- life is good! Like that cubby l...

Nook of Wellington: December 2011
http://nookofwellington.blogspot.com/2011_12_01_archive.html
Making a little home for two, out of a little rental apartment, on a modest little budget. Thursday, 15 December 2011. Holiday Hostess Gifts *. Alright, it's been a week since I've last posted. I am officially a slacker. I love the holidays - the food, the music, the functions - but what I do not. Love is the extra strain on my already busy schedule. Between working full-time, Christmas shopping (which I've almost finished! Since everyone reading this probably has a number of functions of their own.

Nook of Wellington: Quickie Backyard Update
http://nookofwellington.blogspot.com/2012/05/quickie-backyard-update.html
Making a little home for two, out of a little rental apartment, on a modest little budget. Thursday, 31 May 2012. Since I've been super busy at work (and coming down with something as a result), I haven't had much time to write, but I wanted to at least offer up an update on our little backyard. On the Sunday of the gorgeous Victoria Day long weekend, MLo and I picked up our flowers from Home Depot and got right to work! We've got a beautiful hibiscus. What do you think? It's not even June!
