Tuesday, October 6, 2009. Why is my hair thinning and what can i do to stop it besides rogaine and transplants? I entered the military at age 19 with super thick hair. Then of course they shave it all off for bmt. It hasn't been the same since and I am increasingly concerned about it. I've also had a few cysts removed from my scalp and noticed that one of those spots is very thin. any ideas on why this would happen?
