Tuesday, July 6, 2010. Well That was an interesting six weeks. I finally got cleared by the various Medical Professionals I'm seeing to work out again. That clearance came with caveats galore, though: no running, no jumping, absolutely no plyometrics, nothing high-impact. No heavy lifting. Bending over is strictly limited. Wednesday, September 30, 2009. Wednesday Whine: The Lean-My-Ass-Cuisine Rant. This morning I woke up with a 37.5-inch waist, 45-inch chest, and weighed 174.8 lbs. I was disturbed. Disgruntled. Disheartened, even. Then I remembered the fake food I'd eaten last night and dug through the recycling to read the sodium content on the label. 880 milligrams of sodium, my friends.
