Saturday, April 30, 2011. We have a large feild near our house where we walk with our dog Cara. It changes through the seasons and I have been loving that the mud has dried and we can go in without wellies. Its largely green grass and has sporadic patches that glow yellow with dandelions. Its not so hard to agree with - harder to live out I grant you. I'll admit to you that I'm finding it hard, even with my "all we need is love" stance. Perhaps. because. Friday, April 18, 2008. Not worth the wait. Oh well. trees! I'm sure you have been anxiously awaiting to find out what was happening in gracemount huh? Ok maybe not - apologies for not blogging sooner to replace the boring picture. i've been busy. not hugely busy but enough to tire me out. i'm working 2 days a week at Cunningham House. Rachel is crawling really fast now and into everything (mainly things she shouldnt be! Have lots of other things to tell you . but i'm too tired sorry! Not worth the wait.

Wednesday, January 23, 2008. X marks the spot. So the council have been spending money making Gracemount beautiful. The park has had benches added, lights fitted that sometimes even work, trees and shrubs planted - they even planted what looked like a million daffodils. Last week these lovely X's appeared. I went for a proper walk today. we went down the braids - a park near our den. it has lots of muddy paths and big trees and a river. i got to chase some birds and ducks and a tennis ball. i must say i am slightly concerned with this bird flu thats going round. what if i ever manage to actually catch a bird? Will i get flu? Its enough to make a grown dog think twice about chasing birds. Don't they know what a jobby smells like already? Wish you meaty bones.

Tuesday, January 27, 2009. Back in the Game. Weather was pretty atrocious today, but I took a few pictures indoors, just wanted to get the camera back in hand again. I also visited Gord in hospital, surprisingly he met me as i was walking in, he was up and about and ready to go home. He went through some pretty horrible back surgery on monday, so I hope it all works out well for him. He's in a lot of pain though, and is off to recuperate , so I wish him a speedy recovery. Monday, February 09, 2009. So here's the update on my knee situation. I went to Physio today, nice wee place and the guy was pretty cool and helpful. So down to the nitty gritty, it appears to be my old knee cap, it's rolling around too much, because of kind of degeneration, doesn't that sound lovely!
