Twenty Four Seven: Decorations
http://louise-twentyfourseven.blogspot.com/2016/12/decorations.html
What happens. Events that appeal to me. Foods I enjoy. Crafty efforts. Saturday, 24 December 2016. One of my students surprised me with a gift of two very pretty Christmas decorations. They are made with feathers. Next year they might go on the tree, but this year I placed them where we could enjoy them more. This butterfly is about 12 cm across. There is a clip underneath. The bird is about 15 cm across. It is turned so you can see both the face and the tail. Saturday, December 24, 2016. Vintage-inspire...

Twenty Four Seven: January 2017
http://louise-twentyfourseven.blogspot.com/2017_01_01_archive.html
What happens. Events that appeal to me. Foods I enjoy. Crafty efforts. Monday, 2 January 2017. The large bubble at the bottom is 10cm across. Last night we had a couple of very windy storms coming from the west. The strong winds forced water and air into tiny cracks or openings in our building. This morning I found this. This window is completely exposed with no shade or shelter at all. A small amount of water had leaked in via the window fitting, but that has not caused the paint to bubble. The rain sta...

Tuesday, June 21, 2016. Design Wall Monday - Week 24, (20 June 2016): LATE! Better late than never; my posts are sporadic at best, but I'm not ready to call it quits. Not directly on my design wall - that's the same as last week with the two Allietare blocks - but on the pinning tables! I gave all the information on this pattern way back in this post. From May 2015. Yeah, I'm slow as molasses. That may be my new nickname. Linking up at Patchwork Times. Labels: Design Wall Monday. Wednesday, June 15, 2016.

Sunday, January 1, 2017. Stash Report Sunday, Week 1, 01 January 2017. Isn't it a bit amusing to have a stash report on the very first day of the new year? It would be more interesting if I actually had something to show, whether in or. Out But here you go, my first day of the year stats, lol. I suppose 2016 didn't finish up too badly. I didn't get much out. And with my additions. To the stash, my net add. Was just a wee bit over eight yards. I'm good with that. Used This Week: 0. Added This Week: 0.

I had started a quilty post on the first, side-tracked myself to my DOOW blog, and here I am at the fifth.and today is my grandson's sixth birthday! I wish he was close enough to visit.
