Starting Weight: 172.6. Current Weight: 164.2. Well, my weight seems to have kind of leveled off. However I will see what I am at on Sunday. Probably set my short term and long term goals on Sunday. For now, all just recovering and re-balancing myself. I ended up snacking on 2 cookies cause I stayed up late and was out with friends (280 Calories). Just need to keep my focus, no junk food. I weighed myself this morning and was shocked. I weighed in at 172.6 Pounds. Apparently celebrating your 21st birthday by drinking and eating junk food for 4 days straight can really ruin your body. So far I have found it pretty to get back into good eating habits, the real test will be seeing if I can get the motivation to go lift weights. I am still drained from the weekend. Starting Weight: 172.6. Current Weight: 164.2. It is great to watch the numbers go down on the scale, if only it was legitimate fat loss and not just water weight and my body returning to its normal state. Was odd yesterday I went to run intervals and I got a really weird chest pain, so I stopped. I have decided I am going to correct my diet for this week and begin walking and some light jogging, just to clear my body of all the toxins and crud. Hopefully the pain won’t reoccur.
