All it takes it that split-second realization of “I don’t have to use this/throw this away”, mustering up the will power to shrug off the allure of convenience, reminding myself of the importance of a gum wrapper, and finding the motivation to walk an extra 15 steps to my recycling station. About “going veggie”. Food for thought →. What’s on my plate? August 28, 2012. Frozen black bean patties (we use Morningstar). And a little mustard). Heat your BBBs (black bean burgers). I like to throw mine on the Foreman grill. This helps the outside of the burger crisp up a bit. You can also heat them in the oven, microwave, or on a gas/charcoal grill.
