Saturday, October 30, 2010. It is officially snowing in Canada. About four hours after we dropped my sister and Julie off at the airport it started snowing. I am guessing that it is probably cold enough to be snowing in Iowa and Minnesota so this might be a moot point. I think that for Halloween I am going to wear my down jacket and be a cold American. Posted by Leah Isbell. Wednesday, October 27, 2010. The following is meant to be humorous, not depressing. What I wanted to send was this:. I included the...

Since I am not nearly as clever as him I decided to somewhat follow in his footsteps and write a list about Christmastime in Montreal. You Know It's Christmas in Montreal When. 1) You can walk faster than most busses can drive. 3) Your eyes are the only visible part of your body when you go outside. 3 Do ...

Thursday, March 22, 2012. A tribute to my favorite Tribute.Katniss Everdeen. A little over two years ago as I was taking tickets at a middle school basketball game, I picked up the Hunger Games. After the first ten pages my fingers started twitching with anticipation, wanting to turn the pages to read more. Every so often I would have to put the book down and greet parents all the while counting down the seconds until I could pick up my book and escape into District 12. 8220;What are we doing tonight?

Tuesday, June 28, 2011. The Big Bagle Battle. Everday one must make many decisions. Some of these decisions are simple: What should I wear today? Should I take the 24 bus or the 51 bus? Where should I eat lunch? What should I do tonight after work? Some of the decisions are difficult, these decisions have consequences and put you into a category that might separate you from your friends and family.
