David, Leigh Anne, Shay Lynn and Ethan. Friday, December 10, 2010. I will keep this post short and sweet.and get to the pictures. Since I last posted, Shay has lost a tooth and turned FIVE! Ethan is growing like a weed and says a lot of different things now, but he is persistently sick. We are taking him to an Ear, nose, and throat doctor so see about ear tubes, which is scary but if it makes him feel better, then it will be worth it. She had such a good time! David, Leigh Anne, Shay Lynn and Ethan. Thursday, April 15, 2010. Easter has come and gone, but not without a lot of egg hunting and a ton of family time! Alicia (David's sister) and I decided that next year we need to hide the eggs for the old-folks so that we can laugh at them trying to find them hahaha. Tomi (my cousin) also snapped a few pictures of a mostly uncooperative Shay and a mostly happy Ethan. Nonetheless, they turned out wonderful:. I will graduate in August and I cannot wait!

No Ordinary Life: the ups and downs (and everything in between)...
Monday, October 1, 2012. Our little family is complete again! Phillip has been flying the Army's LUH helicopter for a few months now, and seems to be enjoying it. We are all so relieved to know that he is not going to be deployed for the next 3 years. As always, we are looking to the future; we are really enjoying being back in Louisiana, next to family and we are exploring our options for whenever our time at Fort Polk is finished.
