Wegners 4 the ROC. Monday, August 10, 2015. Last Sunday, we loaded 16 people into the truck to head off for an outing. The main purpose was to see a hospital that is being built on the edge of town. Looking at an empty building under construction only took about five minutes, and then we took off for a hike. The area we walked through is right on the edge of town, and it could be considered the suburbs of Impfondo. You can move away from the crowds, have space for a garden, and room to breathe.
