Wednesday, June 10, 2009. So here we are with our family birthday cake. Our family is 9 years old this year! The time has seemed to go by so fast and yet it is hard to remember when we weren’t a family. Even little Wes seems to have always been a part of our family. I guess that is just how it goes. For our family birthday present we got the kids a PET! He is already walking and is just a joy to have in our family. He is into everything and just learned how to open closed doors! Thursday, May 22, 2008. Even though I've heard of Kindergarten Graduation this is the 1st one for my kids. I must say, I was a little emotional at first until I thought, "Duh! This is just the beginning of his school experience, not the last! So I thought I would share a couple of pictures. Sorry my camera doesn't do well with pictures far away. Sunday, September 13, 2009. Last week David had a tooth that had progressively gotten looser and looser. His bigger teeth have actually started to come in and started pushing on the little tooth. It pushed it into a very odd position and upon investigation, I decided that it needed to come out. I have no idea why this part of teeth brought so much joy to my mother and Granny! I hated having to pull out his tooth! I felt like someone kicked me in the stomach! Being a boy he said, "I look like a Pirate!

Monday, July 26, 2010. ER Trip Turned Nightmare. We left at 12:30 am and it was the worst ride to dallas ever. it was bumpy, uncomfortable, i couldn't sleep, and i was so worried about my baby. here is a picture of him in the ambulence. Tuesday morning we were moved out of the icu to the surgery floor. here i was able to feed and take care of brixley like normal. here he is off of all tubes and iv's. He is beautiful, healthy, and we love him like crazy already. I only had time to post a few pictures but here he is. Of course he has a full head of black hair and i love it.
