IF I COULD TOUCH THE SKY. Something LOL: I thought our team won the match as b4 the incident we scored the first goal and was leading. I didn't realise we conceded 2 goals just right after my sub, within few seconds! I was receiving treatment during that short period of time. I was so excited after match and thought it was a clean sheet. Only after end of the game, while discussing about the matches, then I realised that I missed the 2 goals we conceded. what a disappointment,. Posted by Victor Quek.

IF I COULD TOUCH THE SKY. 终于等到这个时候了——开工大吉！ 成功被录取在Hospital Sultanah Aminah实习，算是预料之中的结果，还是很庆幸能够在自己熟悉的家乡服务。 刚刚过了induction（培训营），营里的表现不是很好，但也都尽力了。营后发现新晋医生朋友大家都很有魄力，很积极的表现。个人有点内向，我承认。今后会有更多机会自我更进。 在台上表演，不怯场，只是依然无法克服心理障碍，投入表演（或演讲）。依旧因为紧张导致口齿不清，这是关键。 始终不是很会交朋友，发现自己很难主动打破隔膜，总是期待被动的亲近。 要改变，我只有在人际上更主动，更有信心。 Competent：胜任，能力。另外一位讲师也提到这个词。他的讲解是：. I am able to do the job. I understand what I am doing. I did the job successfully. 另外一个重要的词是Integrity。意思是廉正，气节。顾名思义，就是工作时的良好琴操。 Posted by Victor Quek. Welcome to My Sky.

IF I COULD TOUCH THE SKY. 走在钢索上，妄想铤而走险，不过关，庆幸还能够重来，更加认真了，因为这次失败，才能痛改前非。 本来就没有任何事是理所当然，没有任何事是可以轻松面对的，认真最好。 当坏习惯变成了自我安慰，最后也不用想能有什么突破了，失败也只能是咎由自取，自己绊倒自己。持续好习惯才能够自我更进。 在人生的跑道上，我只想跟自己赛跑，超越自我最重要！ 补考过了，就算险险过关，重要的还是学到了之前忽略的知识。补课也过了，是时候做最后冲刺了。最后三个星期，过后就是最终考，然后毕业。 七年，回想过去的日子，多半是混过去的，觉得有些后悔。就算这样，我还有未来，一定确保不会再浑浑噩噩的过日子了。 莫忘初衷，这四个字是多么重要，提醒自己还有梦想要完成。 Posted by Victor Quek. IF I COULD TOUCH THE SKY. 人心叵测，不是所有人都是“他对我好，我就对他好”。 圆滑成了人际关系的利器，慎言、慎行。 Posted by Victor Quek. 地板好硬，还好我有佛学营八天睡地板的经验，才不至于苦不堪言。再加上长途飞行的疲惫，很快就睡着了。不知道做了多少个梦，应该是梦到家人及家乡的事了吧，就这样半睡半醒地度过了长夜。睡前调了7点整的闹钟，但是闹钟还没响就有“morning call”把熟睡中的“流浪汉”们叫醒——机场人员来“赶人”了：Sir! It's morning. Please wake up! 还在迷糊状态中的我一时无法马上清醒。一分钟后才带着依然惺忪的眼睛，跨过座椅，要到洗手间。刚跨过座椅，就看到对面坐着的是我的学弟妹，就去打了声招呼。 用剩余的钱买了最爱的苹果派当早餐。插曲是：我竟迷糊地算错钱，以为可以再买一杯咖啡。柜台小姐提醒后，我才以傻笑回迎表示清楚。最后就只买了苹果派。然后到超市另买饮料。 离登机时间还有三个小时。玩手机游戏，耗了好多电，于是找找电插头充电。 领取行李的时候，大问题来了……屏幕显示R...本来打算在莫斯科游玩ᦁ...
