Monday, August 22, 2011. Stepping up the game. I feel like I am not doing enough. It is sooo easy to get caught up when things feel like they are dragging and then next thing you know you are not doing very well. Foodwise I am mostly behaving, but I could do better. I need to cook up other stuff, make things more interesting. I have been so tired that I haven't really wanted to do much cooking. Some good news- my A1c came back in normal range. it is not at a diabetic level! Physically- I am slacking....
