Tuesday, August 19, 2014. Week 1, Day 2. Today was good. A good day. A red day. Okay, sorry. Lord of the Rings just kind of popped out. Workout: 30 minute walk. Total fail with the bed by 11. While I was in bed, but I didn't go to sleep until 1-ish. I can do better today. 2 hard boiled eggs. 2 c chicken noodle soup. I slice bread with butter. 1 1/2 c pasta. 1/4 c pasta sauce. 1/2 c egg salad. Overall a good day, I feel. Again, I need to eat more veggies, but one step at a time. Week 1, Day 3.
