The clean and press is one of the hardest lifts ever. you know a lift is hard when the two lifts that make it up are extremly hard by themselves. April 3, 2011 at 12:40 PM.

March 17, 2011 at 11:30 AM. This is extremely hard to do! I remember doing this and I was really tired after doing it. Great workout for anyone who wants to work on Triceps an Biceps. March 19, 2011 at 9:59 PM. Towel curls are relly hard to do espicaily when you have someone who is stronger pulling down on the towel.

March 5, 2011 at 3:15 PM. I hated doing staggers they were by far the hardest thing to do during two a days.
