A YEAR IN THE LIFE OF A WEIGHT WATCHER MEMBER. Monday, June 13, 2011. Accomplishments on both hikes. This is of my wife and I at the beginning of the tail. Some friends and I taking a rest. Carly and I about halfway of the mountain, and also the last picture before the camera died. Juan Te and I at the wind cave trail. Weigh in from 6/6/2011. Here is last Mondays weigh in. Half a Butternut Squash. 2 x Med Onions. 4 x Large Carrots. 4 x Chicken Oxo Cubes (2Pro Point's). 1 x Teaspoon of Curry Powder. 2 Pints of water. Dissolve the 4 Oxo Cubes into 2 pints of boiled water with 1 Tsp of Curry Powder, Dice/Chop all ingredients and throw all in together! Boil until soft then use a Blender to blend smooth. Slow Cooker Prawn Curry. 2x Chopped Garlic Cloves. 400g Cooked King Prawns. 2tbsp Light Soy Sauce.
