Thursday, September 26, 2013. I'm so thankful for great drugs, technology, a comfy bed, and a ward family and friends who love me and my family so much to serve us in our time of need. Its rough, and frankly pretty boring, "resting" day in and day out, but it makes it a little easier with the comforts mentioned above. Saturday, May 22, 2010. He's 10 months old! For Goodness sake, a year ago you could not have convinced me I needed a baby no matter what you did, and I was 7 months pregnant! So, one day Ben and I were sitting there watching Rowan play on the floor and Ben said, "I wonder if Rowan would fit in the sleeping bag box? Wednesday, May 20, 2009. The plan was to rent a car and drive around the Mosel. We were off to Metz. To see the cathedral and its famous Chagall windows.  Next came a night in Saarbruecken. And a trip to the wine country.  I am not a big wine fan, but going to a wine producing area does tend to take you to very beautiful places.  Trier was nice but packed with tourists on this practicular.
