Weld County 4-H Mardi Gras. Mardi Gras is the sole fundraiser for Weld County 4-H Foundation. Through the years, it has provided approximately 20% of the Foundation’s annual operating revenue. Club involvement in Mardi Gras is essential if the Foundation is to continue to provide this level of support. Mardi Gras has a great history of success for both 4-H and the Community.
