There is still some electrical work to do before the cabinet will be registered with the Ambulance Service. Swanage Community Defibrillator Partnership. Monday, 28 November 2016. Costcutter Device Goes Live. We had confirmation this morning that the registration process for the cabinet and device at Cost Cutters in the High street had been completed. South Western Ambulance now have this device registered for use. If you think someone is suffering a cardiac arrest , call 999 and ask for Ambulance.
