We had a fabulous tea party in our back yard with lots of good friends who were all dressed up and ready to celebrate Life, Love, and Lily. Pics by the awesome. Such a unique, beautiful soul. One of Lily’s absolute favorite bands, was kind enough to come and play a full on rock concert in our backyard just for her. They created a magical evening with their wonderful vibes and good energy. Saturday, December 15, 2012. I am so proud of Jacob. He was such a wonderful big brother to his little sister and she loved him so much. Any time someone mentioned to Lily what a pain brothers could be and asked if she got along with hers, she would always say yes- and let them know her. Brother was different. He was nice and funny and let her han g out in his room even when his friends were over. It must have been hard for Jacob to have so much of our attentio n directed at Lily. Here are his wonderful.

Friday, February 4, 2011. Each day, the pain continued to get worse. In the past week I have taken vicoden, percocet, tylenol, valium, ativan.ANYTHING I could find to stop the pain. It was horrible and NOTHING cut the pain! I wonder why the hardcore drugs wouldn't cut the pain, but ibuprofen would. I hope that it doesn't come back as I really can't take anymore ibu. Now that the pain is tolerable, I feel back to my old self! I am so glad things are finally looking up. :). Claire} 5 days new.

The week after my final surgery (in September), I found out that the cancer has spread :(. I am doing what I can to get past the depression. Monday, February 1, 2010. Radiation is now complete! I am so happy that I don't have to get up early and drive down Ironwood with the crazy morning rush hour traffic any more.
