Monday, March 23, 2009. We have been having some amazing weather this week and Crystal and I were watching both kids while Jennifer went to a dinner party. In order to occupy our time we took the kids for a walk in the wagon around the block. They LOVED it! Check it out for yourself.it was one of the most adorable things I have ever seen. Monday, March 9, 2009. Spring Break just began. I was a little upset that I couldn't get home to CA again, but so far this break has been amazing! I kicked off the vacation with a road trip with Jennifer and Hannah Whilark. We stopped and had dinner with Jason in Burleson, at Outback, my favorite! Saturday, January 17, 2009. Over Christmas break I was able to go snowboarding for the first time. I've always wanted to go, but an injury snowboarding was never worth the sacrifice of softball. With my softball career 4 years out of the picture, Bear Mountain here I come! I did pretty well! Everyone falls, including myself as you will see in some of the pictures that follow, but for the most part I caught on pretty quick. I guess my athleticism still comes in handy! Saturday, August 16, 2008. Most of you already know that I got a new car when I came back to Waco at the end of July. It still feels wonderful to know that this is my car! I've already got my license plates for it, and they are Texas plates. I've even got a Texas driver's license. It's crazy! Anyways, I love this car! Saturday, September 20, 2008. The weather in Texas right now is GORGEOUS! It has been refreshingly cool in the morning and heats up in the afternoon, but not even to a point that would have me complaining. I continued my mingling, by heading to the Waco Cultural Arts Festival that is in town this weekend. Our school put together a Children's Choir that sang in the Festival. (They did a fabulous job! Friday, November 28, 2008. This was the BEST trip. This year, I am so thankful for such wonderful friends like Jennifer and her amazingly awesome, and Godly family. Isn't this house beautiful?
