Thursday, July 28, 2011. Now that I'm home, we're working out Wednesday, Thursday and Friday this week to get back on my 3 day schedule and needless to say I'm a little tired tonight.& sore! Starting week 7 of training with Kyle this week and excited about the coming weeks! Looks like Saturday night may be the same so say a prayer for me! That is why, for Christ's sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong. Tuesday was m...

Life on the Smith's Court: Back on the wagon....
http://lifeonthesmithscourt.blogspot.com/2012/04/back-on-wagon.html
Wednesday, April 4, 2012. Back on the wagon. I haven't posted in a long while about my dieting progress. Basketball basically takes over our lives from October to March and I was very buried under this year in particular with Blevin's knee injury/surgery/therapy. Thankfully, even despite our spring break cruise, I am within 3 pounds of my lowest weight so I've done pretty well. I am still not at my goal weight though.which is now 17 pounds away so I am ready to get back at it and get there! So now I am i...

Life on the Smith's Court: Weigh-In Wednesday Week 29
http://lifeonthesmithscourt.blogspot.com/2012/01/weigh-in-wednesday-week-29.html
Wednesday, January 4, 2012. Weigh-In Wednesday Week 29. So, I started the break on the 16th having lost exactly 38 pounds and last week I was up 1.5 pounds but thankfully this morning I was back to exactly where I started the holidays. It's not a loss, but I can't imagine a holiday break before that I didn't end it weighing more than I intended.and usually a few pounds at least! They're great boys and Carson and Gracen LOVE cruises so I know it will be a blast and we are looking forward to it. I have...

http://lifeonthesmithscourt.blogspot.com/2011_10_01_archive.html
Wednesday, October 19, 2011. Weigh-In Wednesday Week 18. Whew, this week last week has been crazy busy. Basketball is back in full swing and after Sr. High Jamboree games all night Friday (which resulted in 2 wins for Marty's team), Trojan Fest Fundraiser all day Saturday (which raised almost 10,000 after expenses) and church on Sunday (where we had someone saved woohoo! After half a diet coke got in my normally non-caffeinated body, I am still shaking from the jolt! At least I was awake though. I really...

Sunday, April 10, 2011. Ten on the Tenth. What do I love about spring? Let me count the ways. 1 I love driving down the road and smelling fresh cut grass from someone mowing away in their yard. Granted it makes me sneeze.but it's worth it! 3 I love the first blooming trees.the Bradford Pears and Red Buds all seem to pop out in a single day and give us the first hints of many blooms to come. 6 I love flip flops! 7 Speaking of flip flops, I LOVE pedicures! 8 I love Easter and how it almost always turns out...

Life on the Smith's Court: May 2011
http://lifeonthesmithscourt.blogspot.com/2011_05_01_archive.html
Thursday, May 19, 2011. Sunday we had a free day so we loaded the baseball boys and some parents up and rode the bus to Memphis to watch the Redbirds, a Triple A team for the Cardinals, and then a player's parents took us all to Joe's Crab Shack for dinner. We had a nice day with the boys and I think they really enjoyed the outing after all the waiting around we'd been doing. On Monday we finally were able to play our first game.and we won against Southside Bee Branch! Monday, May 2, 2011. I Love This Cr...
