This morning we left for the Chavin Ruins. It is a 4 hour drive through the Andes mountains. Our driver made it there in 2 1/2 hours. It was a wild ride! It is an incredible sight. The Chavin were Pre-Inca. Just to be standing on the grounds and being able to go into the catacombs was awesome. Peru Missions Day 8 and 9.

Today we went to see the Wary Ruins. This was another Pre-Inca empire. The rest of the day we had free time for the first time on this Missions trip.
