I am just a girl…. OSO DEATH TOLL RISES. April 4, 2014. UPDATE 30 PEOPLE HAVE DIED AND 17 ARE STILL MISSING. THEY ARE SAYING SOME VICTIMS MAY NEVER BE FOUND. THE LOCAL FUNERAL HOME IS BEYOND FULL. FUNERALS ARE BEGINNING FOR THOSE VICTIMS THAT WERE FOUND IN THE LANDSLIDE. SOME ARE HAVING TO FACE BURYING NOT ONE BUT GENERATIONS OF FAMILY MEMBERS. I was driving down interstate 5 going south with my girlfriend running errands when in the on coming lane of the freeway ambulances were screaming by us one after another. my girlfriend looked at me and said oh no, something really bad has happened for there to be so many aide cars. i wouldn’t realize just how bad that something was till later that night. it was about 11:00am on Saturday 22, 2014. 7 thoughts on “Oso Washington Landslide”.
