Monday, January 31, 2011. Hard to believe we are at the end of January already. I lost 6.4lbs in Jan. Not bad, but definitely. Not where I could be. I had a great birthday weekend. Friday night I stayed on the plan I laid out for myself (with a soup change). Tomato Bisque, side salad and 2 pita bread sticks. I did have 3 drinks, but still feel good with my eating. Now comes the bad news. Saturday was rough. After dinner Friday. Night a few of us went to the church to organize the garage sale stuff, didn't.

A Veggie Journey: My Personal Weight Loss Blog. Friday, June 18, 2010. Today was bad. All I can say is emotional eating. Exercise: 15 min. stairs, and 15 min. strength exercises. Breakfast: coffee with non dairy creamer and equal and an egg with finely diced onion, tomato, and green pepper. Lunch: sugar free iced tea, baked beans, and green salad with light ranch dressing. Dinner: mango-tofu stir fry, mixed berries with equal, and a light ice cream sandwich. A banana, and an orange. Day Two *Weigh In*.
