Tuesday, December 28, 2010. Well, the scale was up. Not a surprise. 4 lbs. :( Bummer. I am proud of myself for facing the music though and not letting things spiral of out of control and carry into this week. It's never harder to weigh in than when I know for certain the scale is up! He was an incredible man and I thought of him often while watching this documentary. It gets my blood pumping, gets me thinking about the things I want to do outside, such as camping, hiking, horses, outdoor work, and enjoying life. Monday, January 31, 2011. Hard to believe we are at the end of January already. I lost 6.4lbs in Jan. Not bad, but definitely. Not where I could be. I had a great birthday weekend. Friday night I stayed on the plan I laid out for myself (with a soup change). Tomato Bisque, side salad and 2 pita bread sticks. I did have 3 drinks, but still feel good with my eating. Now comes the bad news. Saturday was rough. After dinner Friday. Night a few of us went to the church to organize the garage sale stuff, didn't.
