Matt and I had discussed adoption early in marriage, but we always assumed (foolishly) that we would have biological children first, and then we would pray about our (more my) desire to adopt. In 2010 we began trying to conceive. Tuesday, July 8, 2014. Adoption Finalization Day is Here! So yesterday we drove to Pell City for our court date today in Gadsden which finalizes Gabbies adoption! This is a very happy day! I love that we got her on her one week old birthday, and her finalization is today, on her two month old birthday!
