Mar 22, 2010. The Florida Day of Sharing. Yesterday was such a fun day! I went with a friend to the Florida Day of Sharing Event in Ft. Lauderdale. Through out the day there were sugar art demonstrations on how to make amazing flowers: orchids, poinsettias, and many others. I met some great people and enjoyed getting to know them. As part of the event anyone could bring a display to share. I decided to try a new technique and take a cake to display. Here is one of the cupcakes before they were shipped.

Jul 22, 2012. A Cake fit for a Queen. Bella is not just a princess, but a Queen! Sunburst International Overall Queen. Citrus National Overall Queen. Sunburst State Pee Wee Queen. So, we were thrilled to make a cake to celebrate her accomplishments and give it as a thank you gift to her very loved coach, Ms. Tiffany. Each of the dresses represent on of her crowns, so we thought it would be fitting to add an edible crown right in front. Congratulations to Bella, her mom and her coach! For the Modern Bride.

May 24, 2009. A Whimsical Fairy Cake. This is my first Topsy Turvy cake. I made it for a bridal shower. The fairy is made out of gumpaste and the flowers, frogs, and rocks are made out of fondant. The waterfall is buttercream. I never counted the number of flowers on the cake, but I would guess A LOT! This cake took forever to make, but it was so fun to put together. Enjoy, and Have a Yummy Day! May 15, 2009. These Birthday cupcakes are for a very cute 9 year old girl. The Flip-flops are made of chocolate.

Nov 26, 2009. Coach, Coach and Coach! Everyone loves a Coach purse! A few months ago I had a new client contact me about making a Coach purse for her sister that is turning 23. She had found the picture of Olivia's Cake that I had made and wanted it as a Coach purse, shoe and shoe box. At the cake tasting and design session, it was fun to see how excited Stacy and her friends were to surprise her sister. I am glad I could be a part of this fun occasion. I hope your sister's party in Miami was a BLAST!
